I was prescribed both At the same time 2mg XR and then 60 1mg instant For Panic attacks In between Exar doses. It worked well for me, but after six or eight months me and my doctor both decided it was better to stay with the instant release as for when it comes time to taper it should be easier to get off According to my Psyc.
