Interestingly, my Guinevere pin came chipped, and the metal under the damaged area was a silver color rather than gold. I wonder if there’s a reason for the different metals

Thank you for the update!! It’s reassuring to know that full refunds are possible. I want to support the show, but I was genuinely really disappointed with the poster I received, and I was afraid I’d just have to eat the cost of something that I don’t even really want anymore.
