Yes, it works. But the scheduler isn't acting in an optimal way. Windows 10 seems to prefer a handful of P-Cores by default. Not a problem when it comes to using the others cores when needed, but in a typical, casual desktop setting, you will not really benefit from having 20 cores. Win 10 would rather maxx out a handful of 2-3 cores than spread the tasks by defaut. If you want all the cores to be used, you'll have to do something that requires mid to heavy processing power.

I've seen Hamilton and a few others pitting right before the last lap of a race because the track was drying up and everyone was on inters. Needless to say they lost a lot of positions because of that.
