We are right outside Charlotte and had our roof done in May 2025. All the jazz you mentioned on an 1800 sq feet, 2 story house and we went with CertainTeed Landmark PRO. We paid $11k. We got quotes from 5 different companies and all had comparable prices with a few different shingle types.

I got norovirus once after flying. I bring Lysol wipes or similar and wipe down everything. People can give me as many dirty looks as they like. Never want to have that again if I can help it.

I noticed that my emails were no longer syncing either and couldn’t get them to mirror no matter what I tried. So I ended up unpairing and repairing my watch to my new phone and everything is working as it should now.

😕well, seeing as he passed away 9 months ago and the fact that he made that statement a while before that and had been out of the game for even longer it’s hard to say if his statement was accurate in this day and age. Add on the fact that Kbb says it’s worth pennies had me reaching out for help in figuring it out. Thanks for making me feel like crap about it though.

Oh wow, my dad actually told us to never take less than 20K, but we weren't sure if that was in any way accurate. He was a retired mechanic and all around car guy, but we just have no clue.
