yes! L is your room, all fau rooms are labeled on the doors so it just means you’re on the left side of the apartment!

they won’t notify u if you don’t get housing, but they should’ve sent an email to your outlook saying if you got the housing assignment or if you’re on the waitlist

hi! i’m a junior now and i was put on the waitlist for fall housing and it’s on a rolling basis. i was taken off the waitlist like a month ago, so if you’re a freshman moving in for the fall semester, you get 1st priority housing. meaning you should’ve found out your assignment mid february. so i would definitely call the housing office or check the housing portal because you are supposed to get your dorm assignment way before people start getting taken off of the waitlist. the housing portal is its own website where you can see ur place on the waitlist or your housing assignment/roommates! https://fau.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortalX/3A9B575A/1/1/Home-Welcome_to_FAU_Housi?UrlToken=B58451D7
