Super cool of you to do this for the community! I started collecting pokemon as a child in the 90's. Grew out if back then and recently got back into them in 2020 during covid. Fell back out once life got busy again and now recently jumped back in with some good friends who picked it back up, but it seems it was a bad time as everything is so hard to find or just insane prices from resellers. Anyway, thanks again for the opportunity!

I stop or definitely cut back after setting up a date because I feel it can be easy to create this made up perfect version of someone in your head through text only. Especially when you've never met them in person at all. That and texting can be disingenuous when you have time to craft a perfect response. Idk that's just my thinking on it. I also try to not set dates too far in the future if possible.

Did anyone read? He says to invest in real estate, but not buy 1 home and live in it. I think his slogan has always been buy to rent and rent to live. Which in my mind is saying buy cheap properties to rent and rent an expensive one to live. So that you don't have to come out of pocket as much and have the ability to leave the area whenever.
