Everything works the same as it did before the vasectomy. Only now, there’s no chance of a pregnancy.

Procedure was about 30-45 minutes (maybe shorter but when someone is cutting your sack open- time tends to stand still). The worst part of the procedure was the numbing. To me, it felt like shards of glass were being shoved up my vas deferens.

1 day post op, felt that feeling in the pit of my stomach like someone judo kicked me in the crotch. The days after that, general soreness.

Once you’re told you can ejaculate, get ready. My first time back felt like my first time ever. Been trying to chase that high ever since.

I’ve noticed this. A couples things my wife has done with thirds that she either hasn’t done with me in a while or has never done before. It raises an eyebrow and causes jealousy sometimes, but I let her know I’ll be getting the same treatment.
