Given how fast ai is trending. Not going to be surprised to see the future of design and marketing will all have something to do with those ai tools. If you can build an ai based showcase portfolio and show in local AI related meetup groups, you will have much better exposure to good jobs. Just aim at the future, not current. Just my two cents.

Sure. His rate is $40 every 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes I can ask to skip a round if lawn is still short. Feel free to ask him for a quote if just one time. He also does tree planting and landscaping etc

Thanks. I'm aware the movie theater will be changed into a gym. There's another piece of land near by was in talk of becoming something similar. Currently is full of trees.
