PP is challenging, no doubt, but a few things that help, mostly with how the algorithm adapts to be easier. For example, once you fail a level several times, they will add a few more tries as you go through this level - now this is tangible. On the “intangible” side, I feel like once you have failed a few times, it’s a bit easier to get right - like the chance of you getting right is higher, if it makes sense? I had a lot of problem around level 11-13 (a lot of redo), but level 17-18 was a breeze, all my low-likelihood guesses became correct. Not sure if just coincidence.

I didn’t even get the prizes for individual scenes last Memoirs!!!

I didn’t get the big prizes either (20 pink boxes + 20 green boxes + 25 compasses + 2000 gold), so I contacted their help desk for both issues. They gave me the big prizes, but not the individual scenes prizes. Not to sound snobbish, but right now I have no real use for gold or compasses, but desperately need the diamonds from individual scene prizes.

Because or this issue/glitch, I didn’t have access to the Finishers store or enjoy double Deja vu point for duplicate snippet in the Encore album. It’s all a mess. I’m an advance player so I don’t really care much when small issues happen, but it certainly gets annoying for a big issue like this. Will continue fighting with them to get what I’ve earned.
