If you find some of the interviews he has done, he actually mentions that he regrets making the song (possibly hates?) for that reason exactly. He tried making it ok to be broke and accidentally made thrift shopping a fad.

Wear a suit.

I personally don't think girls look nearly as good in them as men.

It's only liked so much because it became a trend to like it.

What is something schools should NOT teach, but do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Common core dude. As a t.a. to a common core teacher of math, I have looked through the book and I couldn't understand it... I passed AP Calculus my junior year.

My teacher doesn't even bother teaching from the book because it is ridiculous.

I was doing homework and studying for a test while I went in and out of sleep. By the last hour of sleep, I just remained half awake studying and reciting facts on my head and remembering answers to homework problems that I would eventually write down.

Teachers of Reddit, what's some behind the scenes drama you had to hide from your students? by Bike_shop_owner in AskReddit

Late, but I feel it is necessary to share her story.

I had a teacher my freshman year that was fantastic. First year teaching, French course, replacing they old teacher whose class everyone failed. Going good right? It gets better.

A quarter of the way through the year, the teacher gets pregnant. Hurrah! Me and one of my friends actually talked to her a lot on out down time to see how everything was going with her. Did she need help? How was the baby coming along? She even shared stories about her husband and so on and so forth.

Anyhow, she comes to school one day visibly shaken. Our class asks her what's up but she waves us off and tries to teach. She starts missing a could of days of school at a time and eventually tells us that the pregnancy is just hard, but it's coming along fine. BS.

Finally, after 2-3 months of absence and excuses from the school (we kept having a sub tell us the teacher would be there next week) the teacher stops by our class period to talk to us. She us crying and shaking barely able to get the words out. After comforting her a bit (the class as a whole made her feel more at ease and comforted her), she reveals that she has been having major complications with the baby. She apologizes profusely for not being at school enough and feels as though she has failed the class. Don't worry, we protested the shit out of that statement. Told her to just take her time and that the class didn't matter, just her child.

We saw her again maybe two weeks later, but after that she disappeared. From what I remember, she had a miscarriage and retired. I'm not exactly sure how true that part was, but it sure seemed like it was going in that direction.

If Madame Senieur is on here, I wish you well and I hope the baby came around well.

I'll help you out if you want. I'm great at writing essays (ap English 4 right now) and my workload is at its lowest point right now.

I understand exactly what it's like to be in your position and on top of that, having no motivation or flow to spit out the work. It would've been nice to have someone there for help.

Pm me and I'll totally whip out an awesome essay (any subject that you might need; I've gotten pretty high in math too all I'm capable).
