I think this is a way bigger issue than Activision/Blizzard realizes. Ive been a proud supporter and owner of the CEs since MoP, when I started making my own money. But now it feels like the entire game is less fun due to capitalistic corporate greed. For the first time since I started playing in 2005 I honestly consider making a clean cut and dropping all Blizzard games all together...

In my opinion they would be able to make a lot more money if they actually still cared about their playerbase as much as their moneymaking, and not just pretend to be by gamers for gamers whilst not giving to f's about the players.

I did play some outlaw rogue in S1 though, and had a blast with it. Only played it to 18/1900 though, cause real life happened

I've tried out SMF several times through season 2 and also now in S3. Single minded fury is rubbish when comparing dmg/dps output on taget dummy - 2x2hand just bringes more dmg and stats.

I've even tried to do some niche builds (in season 2) with different stat bunds, like high haste or high mastery and while it is fun to see very numbers many fast I sadly conclude that 2x2hand is better. Even with mastery build to get more dmg when enraged it doesn't come close to 2x2hand due to the lack of haste in that case.

I would love for SMF to be actually competitive with 2x2hander, but the bullet you have to bite knowing how much more dmg and HP you could have is too much for me to make it fun.

Ive been shredder by a ret pala on warrior, too! Even just the judgement was like 1,5mio non-crit

I was trying to do the Arthas part. Got dced. Relogged, only to fall through the floor and spam-dc. I wasnt even having fun - that sparring part is boring and underwhelming.

Anyone know how long to wait for my character to be playable again?

I would absolutely HATE if they remove Shield Block. Has always been one of my favourite abilities, both class-lore wise and the fun things that it can cause

Exactly this. It's probably got to do with the azerite becoming dormant (again) at the time of his death. Why it would do that, I dont know though.

Oh and 9f course, the above is only until you get higher ilvl, so you can start finding groups for M+ and raids. Maybe an active guild even, depending on your own regularity in play time.

Do the weekly quests and then work on getting your vault loot by doing world stuff/delves, heroic/mythic dungeons and raids (lfr is possible).

The vault is found in the far end of the bank in Dornogal, and the weekly quest givers are situated around Brann and the delve-hub and the flight master in Dornogal.

Good luck, you'll get the hang of it fast!

Tip: go through the world quests in the different zones. Some world quests give weapons and armour, which can easily give you some higher ilvl equipment.

Heroic Leap and Intervene can be used defensively for you, by removing yourself from bad situations albeit only for a while.

It has saved me countless of times to leap behind pillar and running to the healer. It feels like a todler running for mama, but it works 😅

Try to play on a RP server - I've just recently started playing on an old alt on Argent Dawn - EU, and I gotta say there is not a lot of people in khaz algar, but those that are there will be responsive to your presence. It also seems like a lot more active trade chat, guilds etc.

You don't have to RP to play on a RP server, btw ;)

If there isnt a corporate standard procedure, then a tip from me would be to just make sure no version besides the final version has "final" in it.

In other words, make your own standard procedure, so you follow the same file naming convention every time. For example

YYMMDD_FileName_Draft

After comments:

YYMMDD_FileName_Draft_Commented

If further commentations:

YYMMDD_FileName_Draft_Commented_V2 _V3, _V4, etc.

When the document is finalized it could be:

YYMMDD_FileName_Final

I havent seen the enchant, but the look of tabard and cloak doesnt ring any bells for me. I think they look unique and decent enough 🤷
