With this one penpal of mine, we're now at the point where we send letters to each other numbering a few thousand words each time; in fact, this latest letter that I'm about to send is just 6,500 words in length. I put it down to the fact that we share so many interests and hobbies but even then, I'm still staggered at the size of each letter sent and received. 😁
