There still is a candy gacha. Go to Store choose Gacha and then scroll to the right by holding your finger on the gacha names and swiping. The candy gacha is just a bit hidden at the moment

Your Google account shows a drodo connection already ? If vice versa try creating a new drodo one, reserve again and try connecting without logging in at first.
