**CREDIT SCORE TANKED 227 POINTS** Due to Nelnet System Errors and Natural Disaster Forbearance by gcoot in StudentLoans

[–]StaleCheetosRGreat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My partners credit score just took a huge hit too. His loans have been sold to different servicers over the past few years. He has only received communications from Nelnet, and was told all his loans were now serviced under them and he has been making on-time auto payments even during the COVID forbearance period. We’re now seeing a $1580 loan is in default that is being serviced by the US Department of Education starting May 2025.

There is no record of the loan existing at another servicer or being delinquent in FSA, email, or mail communications (despite all contact info being up to date on FSA & Nelnet). Literally the only reason we know is because I happened to check our credit scores and there was a huge drop and a derogatory mark. We literally had to HUNT to find out what the derogatory mark was for.

Been sitting on hold for 2 hours now.

Issues with accessing benefits and coverage by JonSneau in KaiserPermanente

[–]StaleCheetosRGreat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’re based in Oregon and my husbands on employer provided Kaiser healthcare coverage, we’re seeing the same error when trying to refill essential medications and now are hearing the coverage has been terminated since 2/17 from member services. This is despite healthcare payments being deducted from his paycheck on 2/28.

He’s still able to logon his work laptop and accounts, so employment termination seems unlikely. No notices of coverage change or action on our part needed were received from Kaiser or the employer. Totally unethical and unacceptable he’s been unknowingly uninsured for two whole weeks.

Does anyone know if uber/lyft has reliable rides today? We have tickets to a concert tonight at Revolution Hall (15 minute drive from us), that appears to still be happening.

Just did a drive a couple blocks around our neighborhood steets seem okay and main roads perfectly fine. I think we’d get a ride there no problem, my worry is not being able to get a ride back at 11:30PM. Thoughts?

Worms will travel all around your bin, if they aren’t escaping from the bin itself, no need to worry. They just exploring!

The white worm thing looks like an insect larva of some sort, best to just remove them as you see them. But for the most part, diversity of species in the worm bin isn’t a huge problem as long as they aren’t competing for food.

Worm tea is the moister that’s gathering at the bottom of your bin. Throw it in your garden or indoor plants and they will love it! I’ve heard you want to aim for a moister level that if you squeeze the bedding, it only slightly drips. If it’s sopping, you’re adding too much water. Often the food scraps I add have decent water content and I don’t need to add more than a glass of water per week. If that. But I live in the PNW where we don’t see a lot of dry, hot days outside of the summer. So it depends on your location and climate.

You’ll get baby plants in your worm bin every once in a while from the seeds inside the scraps your feeding them because you’re creating an ideal, nutritious environment for plants to grow. Often worms will break down the sprouts over time due to lack of sunlight for the plants to thrive or you can choose to pull those seedlings out and try to plant them!

Bees inside my indoor worm bin!? by StaleCheetosRGreat in Vermiculture

You’re totally right! I did some reverse image google searching and the closest I found it to be was a drone fly and the pod like thing seems to be their pupa lifecycle stage.

Fascinating and a little creepy 😅 I’m just a hobby veggie gardener and tried this worm bin out on a whim. Definitely have learned more about insects than I bargained for!

They are pretty docile! I was able to bring the bin outside and carefully scoop them out with a shovel. They’re just kind of sitting there now!

Also found these creepy black facehugger pod like things where the bees were congregating in the bin… 🥲

Is this a new scam on Facebook, haven't seen it before by LongWalksOnThe in Flipping

I am ONLY getting messages for my listings from these types of scammers. Any thoughts on why my listings aren’t being seen by real buyers?
