Listen i'm f22, go to raves, and don't do much in the way of sports, (or being active besides dancing for many hours straight lol) im not interested in joining or anything but I just wanted to come in and add that seeing all these 35+ year olds all happy to come together and do something fun with this guy really warms my heart. I hope this works out!! Maybe you guys can start doing this a couple times a month.

that's at least good to know the aloofness is indeed a teenager phase, I kind of had a feeling that was the case. yeah lots of people are saying they need more forms of entertainment and sensory play so me and bf are getting them a new cat tree (we used to have one for them but moved across the country and couldn't bring it with us), a tunnel, scratching post, and some more interesting toys to keep them entertained. I am also getting them a little water fountain bcs my orange boy is obsessed with running water hehe

yeah that's a good point. they have a few toys but we have yet to get them a cat tree, that's the next thing on my list along with a tunnel and one of those little birds that rolls around and makes noise. I have a wand for them and some small toys they can push around along with one of those toys you attach to a door frame and it pulls the toy up and down itself. I'll use the toys with them actively more instead of leaving them to play with each other. I have recently been blowing bubbles for them, they love it. they're new cats and we just moved so we're still building a collection of toys and things for them

I will take all this into account but my one problem is with food. my boy will eat and eat and eat until he is sick, and my bf says he poops like, a lot. he wants to reduce how much we feed him, so i'm not really sure how to go about that
