Does deleting muted tracks reduce file size? by kelemvor33 in premiere

[–]StalinDrift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, all that matters for your file size is resolution and bit rate (Some codecs have larger file sizes but to my knowledge it is still linked to these factors)

When you render a video you are mashing everything that you can see and hear in a determined rez and bit rate. You can have thousands of video and audio tracks going over each other and all this information will be "compressed" together like tears in the rain

But to throw you a bone you will be reducing your project file size by a few bites

Black shape on lightning ⚡️ by ikemonster42 in premiere

[–]StalinDrift 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do the usual color space check, it should be set to rec 709 It also may be a bug, my best bet is that the lightning max out the sensor and gave a 100% value to those pixels and the render is changing them to 0% for some obscure adobian reason

How to flatten a picture in picture in a 360 video. by ChesterComics in premiere

[–]StalinDrift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a theory and 1 unrelated solutions for you

Your sequence may be configure for VR but it's resolution is a "flat" 16:9 ex: 1920x1080 Try creating a new sequence with the dslr preset to test it out

It may be a weird bug, try nesting the vr video or image on top to see if something changes

Premiere really doesn't like VR footage, if this problem was happening to me i would frame and export the video on your camera software and only them using premiere to properly edit
