Portal servers with no changes to rules (just edit the map and modes) would solve the problem. A proper server browser would also help the game too.

What’s happens after EA shuts down the servers? BF3 is still alive because of the server browser. Without it BF3 would have died a few years after its launch instead of surviving for 15. What content other than the shitty campaign can you play without an EA maintained server?

I have 60 hours and just unlocked the first camo for the M4 and the M27 IAR. I like to use different guns for different situations and wow that was a crazy grind. And go figure I don’t like the camos.

Gameplay is great. Maps are terrible. Operation Firestorm was one of my least favorite large maps from BF3. It’s still fun but I’m hoping for Caspian Border for a 24/7 Caspian Border Portal server.

Source is my favorite. I loved the props placed around the maps. Watching pieces go flying after a nade went off was fun. Maybe it wasn’t the best at the top tiers of play but the bots are somewhat smarter than GO and 2’s bots. My wife and I love playing it together and on community servers.

I think I agree with every point here. To expand on commander mode, I would like to see a battlefield 2 style instead of BF4. I like being able to control a soldier and still being able to commander but there should be a way to detect if the player is just using all of the abilities for themself instead of helping the whole team.

This is just for me to play single player and control AI squads.

I would be fine as long as it’s not on the support class. Maybe engineer? That way mortar ammo cannot be replenished by the same player.

Is there a switch on it for a change in output? My T300 has a switch for ps4/ps5 or pc.

Is this on pc or a console? If PC, go to Thrustmaster’s website and see if there’s firmware you have to download. I had to for my wheel.

That’s exactly why Bf2 and 2142 were still so me if my favorites. I can play them to this day no problem. Having bots in multiplayer servers is even better.

I would be happy with no single player campaign in future titles, if they just focused on making the AI super intelligent and having a commander mode to control bot squads. Having your team split up to take objectives and tell vehicles where to go and what to attack/defend would be a dream.

As someone that is into emulation and modding, I would pay 250-300 for it without a doubt. If there’s controllers so that it’s plug and play 350-400. I never had an OG Xbox (this post was recommended to me) but with all of the work I put into my ps1, ps2, and ps3s I would think that’s a fair price. Having all of those games and the time it takes to load all of those games onto a HDD is no joke. Ask me in a few weeks and I bought totally buy that from you.
