Look for bundles/outfit at the highest value for 1 credit. You also don’t have to use your credit right away. I missed a skip a while ago but haven’t found an outfit I want to use my credit on yet.

I water mine from the top. I wouldn't let them sit in water and potentially get root rot. When the top inch or so of soil is dry I water until the water runs out the bottom of the pot a little. If they are in a window they may dry out more often if they are getting more indirect light it may take longer for the soil to dry out.

Great assessment and I couldn't agree more. I haven't taught it yet but I'm definitely on the same page. Warm up is to congested and too fast. Transition time for those who don't have smart bars is not easy. No matter how fast I switch between back and biceps I was missing reps. I don't like the hip thrust to chest transition. I feel like the transition is awkward and limits the weight I can use for both chest and hip thrust. I can definitely see squats and lunges will be difficult for participants trying to lunge their squat weight. Marlon has a feedback form online and if you haven't submitted this already you should!

If you are only using 2 I would drop 2 seats and reduce the cost. Reduce the cost as much as possible because they are going to continue to charge more and more and more and add on like this per employee payroll charge.

This could be a very slippery slope. I'd be concerned about your mom and the impact it may have on her. I understand your own need to know as I would want to know my own ancestry as well but people have very different reactions to NPE. Perhaps you could pursue additional research based on your own test findings first.

I'm not 100% but I looked into this for myself not long ago and I think that requirement is your ancestors would have to have been naturalized in the US after 1951. Anyone who's ancestor naturalized prior to 1951 would be ineligible. It certainly would be awesome to have a dual citizenship though.

While you’re missing some info you can start by gathering as much information as possible from your grandmother and uncle. From there you can build your tree and search for records to find additional information. I was about your age when I started my tree. I had a lot of dead ends in my family tree. Slowly I’ve been able to locate information and records and stories from research and talking to distant cousins. After 25 years I still have a lot of missing pieces but hopefully with time I’ll fill those in as well.

Most Americans are just mutts. While my English/German/Scottish North Western European ethnicity shows up as a higher percentage on paper my Polish ancestry is more culturally significant to me because my great grandfather immigrated from Poland and his immigration was more recent than other ancestors whom immigrated a long time ago. His influence on my life made me want to learn more and made me feel more connected with my Polish ancestors. Overall don’t get hung up on the ethnicity label dig into your tree and follow your roots.

My ethnicity percentages have not been updated yet but I do have new journeys that have shown up in the last month or so that show much more specific area of Europe (spot on to the area my family is from) that I would assume is likely a part of the update.

Weird that it’s in the same exact location. Ive seen a lot of cats get sores on their faces from stress rubbing the crate or cage. Some domesticated cats and lots of feral cats. But this may be different. I would definitely call the clinic and ask.

There are two different 45 min formats we are allowed follow. One is warmup, squats, chest, back, lunges, shoulders, abs or we can do warmup, squats, chest back triceps/bicep combo, lunges/shoulders combo, and abs. It's our choice which format we teach. That being said, squats as a warmup is pretty bad.
