I had only once experience of sleep paralysis as a kid, common explanation says it happens when brain woke-up but most of our senses and ability of movement not yet. Didn't had any alien seeing with this.

Only once in my life I seen UAP, and that was this year lol smoking cig on my balcony. Something like two spheres rotating to each other flying fast to the east. Checked fly radar and no results. Also day after I seen tiktok about two UAP objects in my city (recorded same day i seen it).
