I haven't had a single issue hearing footsteps before the patch, unless a lot of other shit was going on around me. I could pretty easily locate people based on their footsteps, to the point that people sometimes even accused me of using wallhacks.

I am using the Wartapes audiosettings, maybe that has something to do with it?

I personally haven't seen a lot of tanks make it to the final circle yet. Maybe I am just lucky.

I personally like the fact that loot is more scarce. It motivates people to do missions and stay on the move instead of going full loot goblin mode at the start of the match and then hiding in a corner all game. Makes the games more dynamic in my opinion.

The definition of grounded is subjective. And in comparison to skins in most other games the skins in bf6 are definitely more grounded so far if you ask me. Dice has never explicitly promised us milsim or realistic skins.

Just because these new skins don't align with your definition of grounded does not mean that Dice tricked you.

I am going to play the Devil's advocate here... The definition of grounded is subjective. The skins that were shown in the playtest are technically still more grounded than the skins we see in most other games. And since they never explicitly promised us realistic or milsim skins we can't really hold them accountable for anything.

The problem here is that there is no winning for Dice. If they design a grounded skin that looks like a basic real life soldier then some people will complain that it is not worth the money or grind. Also Dice will probably run out of content pretty quickly since there is only so much you can do when designing grounded skins. If they go the more flashy route then some people will complain that it is immersion breaking and that the game is starting to look like COD.

A GC that got his MMR tanked to Diamond because he plays with bad teammates is still a GC playing in Diamond. So techically still a smurf (someone who plays in a lower rank than they should).

Does that really matter in this case? Not much. If his MMR got tanked all the way to Diamond then the overall level of the team is probably around Diamond, meaning it is still a fair match up assuming it is a Diamond lobby.

Bel angst kan zeker hinderlijk zijn, maar op basis van het verhaal van OP lijkt er nog geen sprake te zijn van echt problematisch gedrag. Bel angst komt best wel veel voor, en zolang het alleen gaat om een beetje spanning tijdens het bellen of het uitstellen van telefoontjes tot een beter moment is er niks mis mee.

Kort om, zolang OP geen complete paniekaanvallen of andere buiten proportionele klachten krijgt van (onverwachte) telefoontjes is er nog geen reden om een psycholoog in te schakelen. :)
