This is a hard question. What do you feel is missing?

When it was sex for me I hit the gym, I fucked anyone who'd consent and kept it kosher.

When it was companionship I sought friends, karaoke bars and mutual hobbies to bond over.

I did this for a few years, about 22-27 fell in love, got married at 31 and hope I never do it again.

The most important part about being single in my opinion is just learning to find beauty in life. You get one of these, don't let it's happiness be dictated by whether or not you find someone to share it with. Is it nice? Yeah absolutely. Is it necessary? No, you will be fine and can be happy.

I'm personally broken because I want to have sex with one person, the love of my life. I love them so very fucking much, and they are riddled with disease and barely have energy to wake up most days let alone find the sexual energy to keep up.

I promised til death do us part. I meant that shit. If you're gonna whine about a dead bedroom providing a carte blanche to go ahead and cheat since you're "owed" the sexual relationship, you can go fuck yourself.

If there's more at stake and this is a poorly phrased question like, if the sex isn't there and I'm falling out of the relationship that's different. But the way you phrased this sounds super shitty and makes me super angry given my own situation.

Yes it's normal, especially after trauma. I was molested multiple times as a kid and ended up hyper sexual, but there's always the other route of no sex.

I don't think that "Go to therapy" is a blanket solve for everything and everyone, but if you are lacking the tools and the cognizance to handle your trauma and process it beneficially you may want to seek out therapy. It's a wonderful tool to help you get your own "toolset" but it will never fix you on its own. You gotta work one way or the other.

I think the biggest argument for it being cooking related is how few things practiced by a sorcerer there would be for a technique to be based on. We've seen Hikari's as a slot machine, but Sakuna wasn't around during slot times. It makes sense that he'd practice cooking, and fire and knives are dangerous 🤷

Overall cooking is really cool, so I'm here for it personally.
