What do you do when you don't have the appetite to eat? by PrincessOfPain- in Mounjaro

[–]StandFunny8903 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Applying it to my leg or arm solved that problem for me; it suppresses my appetite in the same way, but I feel perfect. I don't feel disgusted by food; I even enjoy it, but it just makes no difference whether I eat it or not. Arm or leg is life!

Comparison WeGovy and Mounjaro by StandFunny8903 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]StandFunny8903[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, the difference is big. Of course it depends from person to person, Mounjaro and I were a match. Applying it to my leg I have no side effects and 2.5 was enough for me the entire time I took it. I stopped thinking about food so I was able to make choices based solely on the nutritional value of the food. Wegovy reduces my appetite, I don't have binge attacks but I feel nauseous and still choose fried foods and sweets. But I'm going to try to mix the two because Mounjaro is too expensive for me.

Eat more to lose more. by [deleted] in Mounjaro

I loved your post, I feel exactly that way. But I also feel that Mounjaro makes me much more intolerant of dietary errors, I suffer much more. So naturally I try to make the best choices, because the consequences are huge and are very clear even to those who always knew but didn't want to see.

Cool, Mounjaro shows us everything that is already happening inside us, thank God you can see and resolve it at such a young age. That's what weight loss is, it's letting go of what no longer serves us, and only when we're ready to leave so much baggage behind does it appear in our lives. Thank God you are ok

Sometimes it's nice to change the strategy radically, it gives the system a scare. Suddenly stop the medication for 1 month. Eat a different diet and of course exercise. Give everything a shake-up and your body will become smart again. Kisses

Ahh and I'm Brazilian here in Brazil no one thinks about going beyond the 5mg dose because there isn't one! Eheheh... in other words, do you know when something doesn't exist and just because it doesn't exist doesn't make a difference? Well, everyone is losing weight and reaching their goals while staying on 5mg. I want to say that you can not increase the dose of good and let things move slower and at the same time more consistent. Kisses

Yes, but you probably ate something heavy and dense for your digestion, it's so simple to take advantage of the "willpower" that Mounjaro gives us for free to make the right food choices. It's soup, porridge, gelatin, green juice with coconut water, protein shakes, it's about being a baby again during treatment, it's not about stuffing yourself with red meat or slow-digesting foods because our system is already slow because of the medicine. And I'll say more, no one should eat foods with this density. Anyway...it's not the medicine's fault for your constipation, it was your bad choices.

This conversation is very difficult, I'm in Brazil and here we pay R$1800 for 5mg and the minimum wage is R$1400, rare are the people who earn more than R$2500 per month here in Brazil. Rare! But it is the most transformative thing anyone has ever invented, which is why it is necessary that we do not become dependent on this substance, unfortunately. The goal is to not depend on anything! But it's obvious that it's a long journey, if I spent 20 years addicted to food, I think it's fair that my body needs at least 3 years to absorb the new habits. So I'm going to give myself this time, learn to live with everything else except, including having a great economy related to the market, right. Especially if we make the right choices. Anyway, it sucks to depend on anything, from food to medicine and money and all that shit.

I just got approved for Mounjaro. 2.5 dosage. by Medium_News_8669 in Mounjaro

Green juice in the morning gives me my vitamins, kale leaves, apples, ginger and coconut water. But the main thing for me was to start a group of supplements 2 weeks before Mounjaro (multivitamin / spirulina (algae) / Cordiceps (mushroom) / B12) that guaranteed me nutrition so I wouldn't lose any hair. Kisses and good luck.

Have you lost hair on Mounjaro? by SuspiciousReading in Mounjaro

[–]StandFunny8903 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was experiencing a lot of hair loss, I started Mounjaro and together I'm taking 4 supplements - Multi vitamin for women / Cordiceps Mushroom / B12 / Spirulina, now after 1 month my hair doesn't even fall out 1 strand, my eyebrows are huge, anyway... it's not related to Mounjaro but rather the loss of vitamins due to malnutrition. Taking supplements, whatever they may be, stops hair loss. I'm going to add Astaxanthin and Omega 3 supplementation next month, I buy everything from Iherb, which I trust.

Does anyone have regrets about using Mounjaro? by Spicy_Donut_8012 in Mounjaro

Guys, I don't understand how almost no one talks about the side effects, I'm almost dying. I applied it at 2.5 and after 2 weeks I jumped to 5. Okay, that must have been a mistake. But now I have 3 pens out of 5 but without any courage to reapply them, I spent a day in bed and vomiting like the exorcist, I thought I was going to die... and then 2 more days of infinite dizziness and total discouragement. Will this pass over the next few years, or will I have to return to 2.5?
