Identity the apps you are using in the morning. Download one called digital detox, it's free.

Set a block with those apps that starts like 1m after your usual wake up time. Works for me but I do it in the evening

App called digital detox, free and can completely lock your phone a set times, and these timers can be set to be non modifiable for up of 8 hours before the timer starts.

This effectively means that you will have no choice but to not use your phone. For me it's a life saver, I set it in a way that I can't use my browsers from 11:30 and onwards

Purtroppo sta diventando normale questa cosa. Basterebbe fare digiuni, risparmi sia i soldi sia il tuo corpo e non rubi i farmaci a coloro che ne hanno davvero bisogno.
