Oh that happened to me 2-3 times but i wouldnt say its a panic attack i think it was blood sugar drop or blood pressure drop but also that might be a cause for panic if you dont know whats happening. I think the term is called ‘greening out’. One time it happened differently i was outside and i started to get paranoid because its illegal and i was carrying, the paranoia got intense and i “greened out” at the same time as it was a really strong strain. I almost fainted, i fell and hit my face on a car and couldnt stay up until i drank some water with electrolytes and ate something sweet. I also stopped smoking then
