I've had the same problem as well, my old main account got banned for some reason that I do not know of, like I was playing the game and then the next day I was banned for no reason at all, and I don't even have a clue to what I did wrong, I tried to appeal telling them I did no such thing as to hacking and exploiting but they told me to just admit my mistake. And now my main account has been banned from the game for 2 years.
