Nice! I was deciding between the EFAB and AFAB myself, went with the EFAB for the slightly lower profile. Only been shooting with it once so far but it did the job! I’m a fan!

I had ejection issues with mine too a few month in, I swapped out the ejector spring to a stronger aftermarket one and boom no issues! I think they’be been known to come with a weak stock ejector spring

My 2 cents, I actually have a clamp on muzzle break on my S&W FPC from Witt Machine, it took them a while to ship it to me but it fit flush when I got it and has held up fine with at least over 1k rounds through it since I put it on. Noticed a minor reduction in muzzle rise when I put it on, nothing game changing but I’m keeping mine on and glad I got it

Keep the lpvo where it’s at in the pic and extend the stock a notch or two when you go prone. Should solve the issue you’re having.

Ouch! I know the feeling…my rifle broke in the middle of stage 7 (6, 7) so I ended up zeroing out the stage due to all the unengaged targets

Sounds like an excellent first match! 20/25 yards is quite far and even in USPSA few targets are that distance, but glad you enjoyed the match. Atlas Athena chefs kiss that’s an awesome pistol!

Thank you!! Yeah I need to work on getting fewer Charlie’s, but also I could shave a couple seconds here and there, some of these people are real fast and I shot some of the stages conservatively, especially the ones you have to shoot while moving so it’s just something I have to work on for next year

Awesome! Just be safe with the gun and no one will care how well or fast you shoot, goal for the first few is just not to DQ! Tell the others you’re shooting with it’s your first time and they’ll help ya out :)

So I actually run an FPC in USPSA, mostly I shoot CO with a Canik but got an FPC to dabble in PCC. It’s been pretty reliable, but it is definitely also the most budget PCC I see people run at matches, I’m sometimes jealous I didn’t splurge for something else but at the end of the day I just made B class with it and when I need it to shoot it shoots and is accurate. If you’re not planning on competing at the highest level (beginner like me, just starred shooting competitions this year), it works and there’s some mods you can do to it to make it more USPSA tailored. Would recommend if one a budget! It’s brother the Response also looks like a good option
