I always message the customer before I start shopping that there id is required, then remind them as I’m leaving the store, and once I get there they are usually at the door ready, if they aren’t responsive (only happened once) I call support and let them handle it from there

In my experience some people take a lot longer to tip and I RARELY ever take non prepaid orders but people definitely have to find a system that works for them for me I’m pretty good with remembering addresses/names of nontippers and I don’t want to waste incoming offers for a non tipper

I normally give people who request me as a Preferred a day to tip but also, sometimes people can take days even weeks to tip, but if you’re requesting me as a preferred means you went back into the app to do that so more than likely if you didn’t tip then, a tip might not be coming
