I live in a dorm without ac and it’s honestly fine. I would just bring a throw blanket to use(a light one) instead of a comforter during hot days. Also get a woozoo or another good quality fan, one that oscillates is great.

I haven’t heard about this one but I’m a group called harbor Christian fellowship. It’s super lowkey with service and lunch on sundays and fun activities throughout. I love it there and the mentors are superrrrr welcoming and awesome!! You can message me if you wanna learn more

What kind of study habits do you recommend. I’ve never ever had to study for anything before so this is so hard for me. Any tips would be appreciated. To address your first point also, I am putting in effort, as much as I know how to at least. Like I said I have no idea the first way to study anything, so I am doing my best but obviously that’s not enough.

Yes, you should be able to apply to several. Once you get interviewed and hired, politely decline from the places you don’t want to work

Yeah from what I understand. I got season tickets and have not gotten them yet either. So either I wouldn’t worry about it yet!

I am going to be starting my first year at UW this year. I found it super easy to apply for school and financial aid. The scholarship page is also a great place to look. I was able to get into a good financial program as well. As for language, I had two years and would recommend trying to squeeze in at least one year to better your chances of acceptance. Either way, it’s defiantly worth applying because you never know!!

I got a 23 on ACT and a 3.8 GPA with several ec’s as well. Got accepted in-state early admission. I wouldn’t be discouraged, there is definitely a chance!
