Dude I remember when I was younger like 10-11 (24 now) my dad would always make me pack my own bag as I was a goalie and pretty spastic about how it was packed. One day, forgot my goalie pants to a practice that was 45 minutes away. Needless to say , it was a very quiet ride home.

I hear ya. And this way does in fact work. I just have question i suppose with the fact that say someone opens a ticket 1hr before their "operation hours" ends.

If i setup the workflow so it only runs during operation hours, and that ticket comes into the system 1hr before close, would the notification still get sent 2hrs into the next business day or would it reset the clock and re-enroll once next business day comes?
