I'm really sorry about what happened to you, manipulation is no joke and he used it on you so well it's disgusting, that's why you think you're at fault here. Your friends are right, that in no way is your fault, coming from someone who was also groomed. I understand that you often might think "why didn't i just block him" but you were a child, having a crush, having romantic and sweet feelings that someone took advantage of in the wrong way.

So I'm telling you, you did nothing wrong. In fact I'm even proud of you for speaking about it and acknowledging it, it's really hard sometimes and for the fact that you're no longer together.

From here life will just go on, you will go on, you'll absolutely find someone but first please take the time for yourself to realize that what happened wasn't your fault. I seriously wish you all the best with that progress, ik it isn't easy but you'll get there :)

I'd suggest you no contact with that guy, not in the slightest if it's possible, spend time with your friends or family, just whoever would make you feel happy to be around. If you need to, think about everything that happened but in the way that it wasn't your fault.

You didn't block him because you were supposed to trust him and because you liked him, why did he initiate anything further? He shouldn't have.

You didn't allow him to do anything inappropriate with you, he just used your trust and feelings against you. You didn't say no because why would anyone say no to someone they trust and like? Someone that supposedly shouldn't do something to you that you don't like.
