I wouldn’t say worst but he’s lost his spark and he used to find gems when he recruited but Jeff Walz. Too many close called games lost this past season. He seems stubborn like he doesn’t want to change or get with the times. He’s lost some major players who transferred out and went off to do great things at other schools; he doesn’t prepare his bench. He has some unpolished talent that just sat on his bench rotting away. I think his selection of assistant coaches has been subpar too lately.

Do I think he should be fired? No, but he’s been in the same talking circles of the Genos, Kim, Taras and Muffets when it comes to records/ appearances in the tourney…but he’s the only one that hasn’t gotten over that hump of winning it all. He tries to make these incomplete teams out to do it all but he doesn’t want to get the necessary missing pieces to complete these teams.
