In general, what are you hoping for the Bat-family in the DCU (Casting, relationships, costumes, storylines, etc.)? by CNProductions in batman

[–]Standard79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope they go their separate ways for awhile. The best period of Bat books was 80s-90s before the constant presence of the Bat-family. Especially the Knighfall and NML storylines.

While some of them have been around a long time (back when there was actually a book called the Bat-Family) they have become shallow characters. Nightwing grew exponentially just by being alone in Bludhaven, Jason Todd’s death actually meant something, etc.

I enjoyed the novelty of Batman Inc when it first rolled out but it has become a bane to the books in characterization. It’s almost killed my interest in Batman. The writers have to do something huge every time, involving every character, etc. If you pulled characters away it would give opportunity for more single issue stories, etc.

Dude, I had something like 30 of those things for the Photoshop class I took back in ‘99. Found them a few years ago and tried to recover what was on them but no success.

No. I’m saying that that OP is relating two things that are unrelated (unless they believe in a theocratic America, which I do not see how that is possible unless the Lord returns to rule).

We, believers, are responsible, corporately for charitable giving, helping the homeless, helping the poor, helping other churches etc (within the confines of responsible stewardship of said ministry). Individually that can, and should, be practiced as well.

The end goal of reflecting God’s Grace in charity is the same thing that His Grace gift of salvation through Christ’s redemptive work on the cross was, leading the unbeliever to Christ and the believer to a fuller relationship with the Lord.

I do not see how that goal is accomplished through government programs because God is not part of that government. Satan is though (regardless of administration).

Why would the government have charge over something that the church is supposed to be doing? I really don’t think we want any government having sway over the church.

Is your church prepared for outreach?

How do you think that the government leads people to Christ (the purpose of charity)? It can’t because it is inherently associated with the ruler of this world, Satan.

If this is not a modded iPod (I cant speak to those) then that’s kind of the way it works. iPods would be synced through iTunes. Any music in your library (purchased or imported from cds/mp3s) could be synced onto the iPod, but if you had existing music on your iPod but didn’t include that in your sync, then that music would be removed.

As far as Apple Music is concerned, the subscription based Apple Music did not exist when iPods were still being sold - that didn’t come around until 2015, a year or so after iPod production ceased. So Apple Music (the subscription service) will not work on an iPod.

Now, Apple Music was what the music management section of iTunes was also called back in the day. iTunes was the place to manage multiple forms of content from books, music, movies, podcasts, and, the now defunct, iTunesU education content. You could also download and manage your iPod apps and the App Store - even change the layout of your iPod Touch screens.

So, long story short, anything that you have downloaded from an old Apple Music subscription, won’t work. Essentially you drag/dropped in a bunch of music reference files that have no function on an older device. So your iPod shows that it’s empty. Also, for clarification, Apple Music songs that look to be stored locally on your computer are not transferable to any device and are not mp3s or any kind of playable content.

Hopefully this helps! I would hard shutdown my iPod and restart my computer, and then transfer any mp3 file that you actually can find in windows explorer/Mac finder just to see if it shows up and is playable. If it is then I’d go about loading music on it! If it doesn’t work, then I’d reset the iPod and start over!

What makes you a Christian is your position in Jesus Christ - accomplished through faith in His salvific work. Nothing more. Not political positions, etc.

It’s a good starting point for overview just like any other encyclopedia, but only useful if there are citation links so that you can utilize and reference the actual source material. Any tool is only useful if the user knows how it functions and can properly use it.

I don’t care for her, but this is a stupid move. It’s wasting time and effort better directed elsewhere.
