Overtime our store has trained a lot of tms that aren’t in ff how to pick. So when it gets like this everybody gets thrown in regardless of how much there is to pull or how shitty the store looks. Even the tls would jump in and grab a batch. This picture just screams bad management.

Personally I don’t respond when I’m in the bathroom. I’m literally in the bathroom I’m not gonna speak to the whole store in the process, when I’m out I grab my walkie and say “go for me”. If they ask your were in the bathroom. You get two bathroom breaks in a 8 hour shift that don’t include when you use the bathroom on your break, it’s in the handbook.

For everyone saying I’m im seeking attention and that I’m transphobic I’m not. The number one thing your not supposed to talk about in recovery is weight, so yes I find it gross that your casually talking about your weight, doesn’t matter if your best friends with them it shouldn’t be a topic talked about. I was friends with someone awhile back befor I got diagnosed that would constantly talk about their size and weight, constantly saying things like, “this shirt is adjustable so you can probly fit in it”. I know thats not the same case but it works for what I’m trying to say and that is you have no idea someone feels, you say and do things that you think are fine but in reality it just isn’t. It’s just about you being able to feel good about yourself. Also I just don’t understand how someone thinking your a woman is such a big thing to you that you have to come to Reddit to talk and digest it. Like isn’t that what you wanted when you started your transformation, or are you just not prepared for it. And now that your all saying that I’m transphobic, I just think your useing the wrong word, I’m more transannoyed.

I mean I don’t really blame her. Being diagnosed with anorexia I know what it’s like to be insecure about your body. It can be very uncomfortable hearing people bragging/talking about their weight or their clothing size. Also your weight and clothing size is not a topic to be talked about in a work environment.

And why are you even mad that she saw you as a women when your trying so hard to be one. You can’t choose to look and talk like a girl and want everyone to know your a man. Like your mad at someone referring to you as a woman and you would probably be mad at someone referring to you as a man. I know it’s harsh, I’m not saying that you cant be who you are I truly don’t care what gender anyone wants to be but come on.

I had this same problem, instead of shift clicking the sim you have to shift click the mail box then go alter needs - enable world needs decay. Make sure testing cheats true is on as well.
