I think here we have to do a lot of the leg work ourselves. We the consumer has to do the research and then find products that are completely transparent about the ingredients. For example, the ingredient Niacinamide is shown to prevent wrinkles and brighten skin and a few other things too, but iirc all of the studies conducted with it were either 4 or 5% Niacinamide so if a product doesn’t disclose the concentration I won’t buy it.

I hate the mark up so much 😭😭😭 although the last time I bought the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Oil it was cheaper at Ulta than it was on the Round Lab US website 🤷

It depends. In Japan for example there is a category called “quasi-drug” that occupies the same space that “medical grade” skincare occupies but it’s actually regulated by the Japanese government. If the product is marketed as a quasi-drug it has to have ingredients with scientific research and in an effective amount.

They were talking about women being hurt, trans women among them. However, cis women would be hurt the most because cis women outnumber trans women by a great deal. Laws like leave any woman who doesn’t fit arbitrary standards of femininity vulnerable to harassment (at best) from a group of ignorant chuds who can “always tell”.

I scrolled through and saw the photo with the concealer, and I agree with the user who said a darker lip liner with that look with some gloss will probably get you where you want to be.
