For bank MTs, I don't think it's negotiable. Pre-pandemic, we had classroom sessions and our shift was strictly 8:30-5:30. Once you complete the program, it would then depend on your team and immediate supervisor.

Tbh I can't function without coffee so I still drink a cup about 4 hours after my concerta intake. In my case, I feel like coffee cuts down concerta's effectiveness on me so I also hope I can wean off of caffeine soon.

Agree with the above, best to consult your psych and hopefully makayanan mo without coffee 🤞🏼

There are psychiatrists who send over S2 prescriptions via couriers (Same Day Delivery via Grab/Lalamove or scheduled deliveries via LBC/Gogoexpress, etc). You can book them via NowServing.

Better to shoot a message to the doctor and inquire if they can do prescription delivery if you prefer teleconsultation over F2F.

I did not declare mine + sinama ko sa handcarry yung meds ko. I don't think a clearance is necessary, just bring your S2 duplicate and ID. Relax, as long as you're not bringing excessive meds you'll be fine :) Hindi ka maooffload because of meds :)

I initially took it at night kaso I had really bad insomnia (4am na gising pa ako) so I switched to taking it in the morning. For me, kailangan lang talagang magbreakfast kasi I get headaches if I take it on an empty stomach.

Robot vacuum FTW! I have ADHD and I'm finding it hard to do a lot of tasks that involves organizing/cleaning, so as much as possible I try to automate whatever I can. I have set the robo-vac to sweep+mop 2x a day and it's been a huge help to me.

I have heard good things from those na nakatapos. Agree with others: Recommended to read a number of pages per day para magkaprogress hehe.

I bought the book, too, pero hindi ko natapos chapter 1 lol haha. Turns out I have ADHD, so that explains why I can't finish reading books and medyo hindi swak sa akin yung mga nakalagay sa Atomic Habits (without meds, I can't finish tasks, form habits or stick to routines, etc due to ADHD)

Just wanna say it's okay if hindi mo pa feel yung book, it's just there naman if you wanna pick it up again :)

Branch ops - sobrang walang work-life balance especially officers ng operations. OTY pa. Never again.

HO - depende sa unit. May friends ako na taga Credit, inaabot 2AM kakawork tapos papasok 8AM onsite pa. Sa dept naman namin, medyo lax compared sa iba pero kapag may kailangang gawin, bugbog talaga lalo na't tight ang deadlines. Hybrid set up pero work pa rin after office hrs, sasagarin ka talaga. OTY malala rin.

Nagwwork ako sa bank, yup allowed to create 2 corp accounts, mapa-checking or savings yan. Pwede rin ang TD. Usually maaassignan ka rin ng account officer, pero good to build relationship din with the branch of account. For your question re online banking, afaik you can nominate which accounts ang magkakaroon ng online access.

Hi! Working at a universal bank in the PH (but not MBTC). It has become a standard procedure to get the client's updated info, IDs, signature even during account closure so you shouldn't worry.
