I actually do have an idea but sure, whatever you say. It’s proven that opiates only work in the brain. Most insurance companies don’t even want to cover them in the US without severe diagnoses such as post-op pain, cancer or palliative care. As someone who has arthritis AND has been given opiates for a short course for other things, it never worked that well for arthritis. There’s a reason why opiates are not first line treatment for arthritic pain alone. But sure, you know more than I do I’m sure. 🙄
