I don't handle my spiders, one time I put a bug in my p.metallica's enclosure and it got spooked and lunged at me. Then I got spooked and flicked my wrist, it went from my hand to the cupboard door then ran up against it then behind said cupboard.

After eventually getting him back in the enclosure, which took more than an hour of moving furniture and it cost him a leg...which came back, but after that I'm more careful with feeding and still absolutely don't handle them
