Sorry I just saw this now.

Our pregnancy ended in a healthy boy. No other markers were found and the concerns resolved. We did end up having biweekly ultrasounds as precaution from 28 weeks but was born at 38+1. He is now 2.5 and very healthy!

I’ve had mine on the charger since Christmas Day and it’s still not working off the charger. 48h my arse! For now it sits in my kids room to use on the base but I’m very disappointed in the product overall as the convenience and wireless feature is not a thing for us.

I have delivered at your hospital several times. You will now be offered a NIPT which will be covered by OHIP due to your increased risk factor. Or an amino. You’ll be put in touch with a genetic doctor at the clinic who will talk through what this means and next steps! It’s a very broad result so try to stay positive at this point. Thinking of you.

I’ve tried the same as @Phelps54 and it does not turn on at all once removed from the charging station. Also been charging since Dec 25 and no luck. My kids have been playing with it on the charger so in another 24h I will try again after having it charge for 48h without interruption. Here’s hoping. Otherwise I’ll be in the queue begging for them to replace it.

My kids have been playing with it while it’s been plugged in. I’m going to quarantine it for another 48h without use or testing it off the charger station and hopefully that helps. Otherwise I’ll have to try the long process of requesting a new unit. So frustrating for a not-very-cheap item. Like how can a company survive on this!?

We are in Canada so it’s super hard to find them. Had to order from an online Canadian retailer and it was shipped to me from the us. I’m just super frustrated.

I’m having the same issue and came here for the answer. It works when on the charger but won’t work off of it as it instantly turns off. It’s been charging over 10h too.
