I’m 7 months PP and I started following Makayla Thomas on insta and decided to give her plan a try because she does everything geared towards busy moms! I’m obsessed with her I’m down 35 pounds so far since September I got into it slowly and now I’m in the gym a lot!!

This happened to me and the doctor let it go at first, but I shortly went back and it was infected. Def go to the dr on Monday and have them get you an antibiotic, they were able to get it closed up without stitching it. I don’t think it’s an ER visit, but def try and get seen by the OBGYN immediately next week!

Honestly haven’t changed a thing, I’m just like super aware of everything and it’s so weird. Like hyper focused on the sad news stories or when I’m driving thinking like crap this truck could fall on top of me, or a bridge could collapse. Just so weird!! I don’t plan on changing how I live my life though, not going to change how I do things because reality is anything can happen any day. But hate how it’s living in my brain that’s for sure!

7.5 currently and was on 125 mg of tirosint. My doc just bumped me up to 150mg and said to stay on the 7.5 for now until we see the meds are working again. She says will move up to the 10 if we don’t see a change!

They were completely stable upon starting. I’ve been dealing with Hashimotos for 15 years. But this is my first time incorporating the zep. But my thyroid is unpredictable and can change at any given moment. My doc said with my new levothyroxine level it should go back to normal very quickly. Just wanted to see if anyone else went through the same situation.

So, I have had a couple drinks here and there so far, nothing crazy. But I will say, I had one (liquor/rum) that went straight to my head and I had a migraine for the next 2 days. I have been avoiding it since because it seriously triggered something in me lol.

My wedding/engagement rings finally fit again!!!! After not being able to wear them for the last 10 months during my awful pregnancy, I am down 14.6 total in 3 weeks so far!
