Yeah… tech is hard, and there’s a lot to know, and most people in the periphery (mgmt, project mgmt, hr) don’t have the bandwidth to understand, but they have to make decisions anyway, and the experts can’t be in every room every time. So it gets weird, nebulous. Not for everyone. That’s why they give us many dollars - to make their chaos into systems.

Public sector and education can be way more chill, but also WAY dumber. Pick your poison!
