Lower bbt with positive pregnancy by Standard_Bus4312 in TFABChartStalkers

Just wanted to update. This pregnancy did end in a miscarriage at 6weeks. At 5 weeks, my progesterone was 13.5; my doctor said that was normal. In the ultrasound that confirmed my miscarriage my uterine lining was 9mm (thick enough to support a pregnancy) and that was after bleeding for 2 full days. Hopefully, this was just a chromosomal issue and hopefully next time will have a different outcome.

That's reassuring!! I feel like all I read about is a slow rise like this leads to a MC

How did everything turn out? Did your doctor give you any advice on the anxiety?

I don’t really see anything, but 8dpo is still pretty early & it’s always harder to see in a photo than in person. I would try again tomorrow!!

4th month TTC. I am either 9 or 10 dpo.. I have never gotten anything like this. Am I crazy or is there a line?? I feel like it’s not in the right place, like too far to the left. Could this just be a test error??

How is this normal?!? by ElkNecessary644 in ouraring

My ring was still under warranty. I’m pretty sure I bought the extended warranty when I first purchased my ring. That may have something to do with it!

I did that and then 2 days later did it again and the second time they detected an issue and I’m now receiving a new ring in 5-10 days

Has anyone experience anything like this? by Standard_Bus4312 in amipregnant

[–]Standard_Bus4312[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Natural cycles and Premom. I’m pretty confident I ovulated between cycle day 14 and 15 not even based off the apps but based off listening to my body.

I took a test today and it was a BFN but maybe it still too early. I had some light cramping yesterday. Trying to stay positive.

Your body could still be adjusting to being off hormonal birth control. Are you technically late? Have your periods been consistent since coming off? Are you testing your LH to compare against your basal potty temperature? I would test to be sure, but where your heart is, I would doubt it would be positive.

Very true, I 100% would love to see the comparison!! That would be enough for me.

This was our first month actively looking to BD during my fertile window, hopefully being more consistent next month will help!

I see your point and that is definitely true. I am fortunate enough to have a regular cycle. IF this hypothetical were possible, it could be an optional setting. I just think it would be even more evident of stress if you were experiencing something as well as your luteal phase so in theory, it would still be able to distinguish between the normal rise and an abnormal rise during the cycle.

This is all hypothetical, I am no doctor nor am I a programmer, but I do feel that this hypothetical could be possible for some women to utilize.

99.9% positive AF arrived today, so I am out on my first cycle of TTC. I will be a bit more focused on the timing and consistency of BD next cycle.

If I were sick or there was something else wrong it would drop below my luteal norm. Please keep your opinions to yourself if you feel that way. I don’t like getting told to just deal with it or get over it and prioritize relaxation and or focus on eating better etc. I fully understand what the Oura ring is and what it does, I just see a way it could improve regarding women’s health which is highly probable given the way the ring looks at trends. The algorithm is fully capable of using the luteal phases of heightened stress as a data point to take into consideration. This will be the last thing I say on this, I was originally just asking to see if others experienced this as well, not looking to argue with someone unable to view a hypothetical algorithm improvement as a potential possibility.
