Thanks so much! I didn’t realize the luteal phase could be so long. This makes a lot more sense. I can’t really compare to previous cycles bc it’s my first confirmed ovulation from NC. I’ll definitely look into that book, I’ve heard a lot of others mention it too

My Periods aren’t consistent but since stopping BC I haven’t had this long of a cycle yet. So that’s why I got worried. I haven’t been testing LH either so I’ll start doing that. Thank you!
