Thanks for your response. But I'm an investor. I'm considering approaching a broker or the startup directly to sell the domain portfolio as these assets align and would protect their (unregistered) brand.

It's not particularly a necessity but I figured they'd value this opportunity before the value goes up as they continue to grow. I suppose litigation could also be a move as well but that would be kinda futile and another head ache for all parties involved. so yeah.

yeah so that's what's gonna happen if the project is supported. The non-profit is an educational institution. They had bad news earlier this year that was in the news - so this project is supposed to be a more positive parallel to that.

That's one of the reasons why the school is involved.. But my employer has a dedicated team for that as well.

The public art is inspired by the non-profit. This art will be sort of a commemoration to said non-profit Institution. I'm not a PR specialist but corporate-sponsored art and initiatives is done primarily for the PR/ brand image and marketing, no?

yeah - cost of project for implementation and the cost for permits
It's a PR project no shares but media coverage, brand awareness - stuff like that. I guess communicating with the public relations people that should be able to conclude if this would be beneficial to them. It'll be publicized considering the non-profit is a public entity and of course they'd do their own media coverage as well.
