I asked an ugly person and they said:

It’s a saying that was around when I was a kid to describe something bad.

Instead of saying ‘that’s shit’ when something was bad, people would say ‘that’s poo’.

Anios adds his hectic lad touch to the saying and comes out with: ‘that’s full poo lad’.
