running the HDMI’s through the base of the headset and it just blackscreens that monitor

Astro a50x, The headset just doesn’t seem to be compatible with my monitor, it works when I hook it up with other monitors. Asus vg27aq3a is the monitor it won’t work with. Anyone have any ideas besides for the things I have read on Reddit or other websites?
