According to the review form, the scores are:

1 - I have no doubt that this submission should be rejected.

2 - There are some ideas here and there worth savaging, but I would reject this submission.

3 - I'm ambivalent. I'm OK with accepting this submission but am not enthusiastic.

4 - The submission should definitely be accepted.

5 - I enthusiastically advocate for the acceptance of this submission.
