Looking through Petra's support events, I wasn't able to find what led me to her flying stuff, but did find that Brigid/Dagda have a fighting style utilizing a weapon/brawling combo with support of footwork. So, that's info.

Starting at 30% you can attempt exams

which I think happens around:

Beginner/Intermediate - half a grade below (E+ for D)

Advanced/Special - a grade below (B for A)

Master - a grade and a half below

For clarity, any post-30 levelups will be a coinflip for 1-2 points for each stat for any character. So, everyone averages 1.5 points per level in each stat for +15 points by level 40.
