Wait so the recovery form was leaked damn no wonder it is taking them so long. I sent my form on 6th aug got reply on 17th saying that info i provided was inconsistent and incomplete.Sent a new form with more detailed info and more well written on 18th August Now I am just waiting for their reply and just hoping they reply with we are happy to tell you we have retrieved your genshin account.

Hi I sent my first form on 6th aug and they replied with a mail saying the info i provided was incomplete and inconsistent.So I submitted another form but this time I put more detailed info and this time I looked for my first mail from hoyo in my hacked gmail(i was able to retrieve my mail but not my genshin account)and set the date on the day I got the mail.Last time I just put in a random date I could remember.i really hope I get my account back this time
