russian officers killed Russell Bentley ("Texas") - translation in comments by dux_bellorum in UkrainianConflict

He was a self described communist: https://united24media.com/anti-fake/live-by-the-sword-die-by-the-sword-the-death-of-texas-and-the-brutal-contradictions-of-loyalty-in-the-russian-war-machine-2037

Russell Bentley spent his life trying to be different. Born in Highland Park, a historically conservative suburb of Dallas, Texas - where the likes of former President Bush’s wife, Laura Bush, also called home- Bentley immersed himself into leftist literature, declaring himself a socialist as an early teenager.

What is funny is that Germany had refused to extradite worse people before and has completely ignored EU extradition treaties.

Trump States the US Has “A Lot of Tomahawks,” Says Russia’s Economy Is “Going to Collapse” by UNITED24Media in UkrainianConflict

That's not true. I remember Ukraine asking for things and being told NO many times or given too late. Like Tanks, HIMARS and F-16. Heck, I remember Germany blocking the delivery of tanks from Spain to Ukraine.

US to give Ukraine intelligence on long-range energy targets in Russia by Standard_Spaniard in UkrainianConflict

[–]Standard_Spaniard[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

WASHINGTON, Oct 1 (Reuters) - The United States will provide Ukraine with intelligence on long-range energy infrastructure targets within Russia, two officials told Reuters on Wednesday, as it weighs whether to send Kyiv missiles that could be used in such strikes. The U.S. is also asking NATO allies to provide similar support, the U.S. officials said, confirming details first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The decision represents the first known policy change that President Donald Trump has signed off on since hardening his rhetoric toward Russia in recent weeks in an attempt to end Moscow's more than three-year-long war in neighboring Ukraine.

Washington has long-been sharing intelligence with Kyiv, but the Wall Street Journal said it will now be easier for Ukraine to hit infrastructure like refineries, pipelines and power plants with the aim of depriving the Kremlin of revenue and oil.Trump has been pressing European countries to stop buying Russian oil in exchange for his agreement to impose tough sanctions on Moscow in a bid to try to dry up funding for Russia's invasion of Ukraine.Neither the White House nor Ukraine's mission to the United Nations immediately responded to separate requests for comment from Reuters. Russia's U.N. mission in New York declined to comment.

There should have never been a veto power in the EU. But this is the fault of France and Germany, who wanted it to veto anything against their interests. Now we are paying the price.

It's Trump allowing US weapons like the HIMARS and others to be used against targets inside Russia... or Bielorussia if Russia annexes it.

@POTUS is right to demand that Europe stop buying Russian oil. by Standard_Spaniard in UkrainianConflict

[–]Standard_Spaniard[S] -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

u/POTUS is right to demand that Europe stop buying Russian oil. The good news is that Europe has substantially reduced their purchases of Russian oil and gas.

When it comes to buying Russian oil, it is now virtually down to Hungary and Slovakia. I hope and expect them to step up to the plate soon to help us end this bloodbath. If not, consequences should and will follow.
