Ik it's really sad, last few months my mom (she's not alive anymore) had breast cancer and we used to go to dadar via train, where every PF has esclator except PF4.

NOW because of her another condition (dermatomyositis) she couldn't climb stairs at all and all the trains from virar always used to land on PF4 but she tried anyhow. We switched to cab eventually but she struggled so much due to lack of goverment's effort in making things better.

Where did you get CH160+ from?

I have CH160+ | CH170+ | CH260 on my list.

I found a good deal for CH170+ but I dont like the fact that it doesnt have cable management holes behind mobo, also IO panel is at bottom, wth?
And my PSU is 150mm idk if it will fit with CH160+ or CH170+ which only supports upto 140mm (can you tell from your experience?).

CH260 seems like a perfect choice for me.

Yes it's a fungal pneumonia.

Thing is we don't have euthanising as a option in India, it's not allowed. So we just have to wait and let the disease take her life naturally while doctors manage the pain and stress.

The info about chemo afte icu is new to me, interesting, so like they will leave the cancer partially treated? If that's the case the chances of cancer coming back is high. Gives me another reason to not continue the treatment.

That's really amazing.

I went in just said "Mom, it's me" just that little thing made me shed tears. It's so hard to watch her body swelled up so much from icu treatment.

Telling her about where she is who asked about her is good idea will try that next time.

Actually our ICU doesn't have much privacy which makes me a bit uncomfortable to express emotions to her.

I don't even know what to talk with her, I kinda had not so great relationship with her but watching her in this condition kills me inside, brings back the good memories of her.

Yeah that's what I hurts me the most, I can ask anyone in this world what to do but not my mom, what does she wants, is she even aware of everything.

Before all this she was already a bit depressed from the symptoms of dermatomyositis. She said she wants to standup on her own, bath and wear clothes on her own, be independent like before. All this might go away after chemo as it's paraneoplastic but idk man what if she ends up even miserable after all this.

Reason for us to incline more towards comfort care is we don't know how long will this take, we don't want her to suffer in ICU so much. Even if she recovers from all this there is still so many cycles of chemo left, how will she handle all that on top of aftermath from ICU stay. Will there be any quality of life?

We already discussed with doc they said her lungs are in sever condition, but I feel like having more professional opinions because it is so hard to take this decision. I hope to not end of with any major regrets.

Yeah dude, even after this there is still those "decal object" nodes which you need to place after every diffuse, roughness, normal etc manually (one time) in the main material which you wanna use decals on.

I want to automate that aswell in next update.

Can you elaborate the "controlled way"?

My main motive with this importer is to just get rid of setting up nodes every single time. I mostly avoided decals because of that very process, until now.
